📋 Description
• Support client success activities for a digital marketing and business automation company • Assist with CRM and customer management processes • Support lead generation, lead qualification, appointment setting, and customer follow-up • Manage or update customer records, sales pipelines, tasks, and interaction tracking • Assist with marketing automation, email and SMS campaigns, lead nurturing, and automated follow-ups • Support appointment scheduling, reminders, calendar management, and appointment follow-ups • Assist with business communication through phone, text messaging, email, and social messaging • Provide customer, technical, or administrative assistance • Support data entry and back-office operations • Assist with payment platform and third-party software integrations as needed
