📋 Description

• Answer inbound donor calls professionally • Follow approved scripts without unnecessary deviation • Accurately record donation and pledge information • Confirm names, contact details, and transaction information • Move confidently between required computer systems • Protect donor privacy and confidential information • Maintain quality and compliance standards • Arrive on time for every accepted servicing interval • Meet campaign performance expectations • Support major nonprofit fundraising campaigns as a Donation Processor or Pledge Drive Specialist • Manage and honor selected servicing schedules as an independent contractor

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience • Strong verbal communication skills • Professional phone etiquette • Accurate typing and data-entry abilities • Ability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously • Dependability and strong personal accountability • Ability to work independently • Quiet, dedicated workspace • Windows 11 desktop or laptop • Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended • Noise-canceling USB headset • Reliable wired high-speed internet • Direct Ethernet connection • MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, Wi-Fi-only internet connections, and shared or distraction-filled workspaces are not permitted • Certification required before servicing • State, experience, equipment, screening, and program restrictions may apply
