📋 Description

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, databases, trade shows and internal leads. • Initial Contact: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to gather initial information and assess interest in Baseplan’s solution. • Qualification: Evaluate the needs of potential clients to determine their suitability for our software solution, including understanding their business challenges, day-to-day operations, and goals. • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and complete. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to transfer qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff through the sales pipeline. • Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads generated from different sources to help refine and improve lead generation strategies. • Reporting: Regularly report on lead qualification metrics, including the number of leads generated, qualified, and passed on to the sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• A driven sales personality with a strong desire to pick up the phone and engage with potential clients is a must. • Experience in a lead generation or sales support role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong research and analytical abilities. • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
