📋 Description

• You'll build and run the systems that keep Brookhaven's content ecosystem moving smoothly across multiple formats and stakeholders. • Own and maintain the master content calendar, ensuring content plans align with franchise priorities, game updates, and publishing schedules • Manage day-to-day relationships with external production partners, guiding projects from initial brief through concept review, rough cuts, revisions, and final delivery • Build clear workflows between internal creative stakeholders and external collaborators, including editors, animators, voice actors, and creators • Establish review and approval processes that maintain a high quality bar while keeping production moving efficiently • Proactively identify risks, capacity constraints, and resourcing challenges before they impact delivery • Transform franchise ideas, stories, and lore into content that can be executed effectively and consistently. • Translate creative briefs, narrative objectives, and franchise priorities into production-ready plans, timelines, and deliverables • Ensure production partners and collaborators have the context they need to execute content that feels authentic to the Brookhaven universe • Review content throughout production, ensuring deliverables align with franchise goals, brand standards, tone, and audience expectations • Identify creative drift early and provide feedback before projects reach final stages of production • Serve as a bridge between creative vision and production execution • Help build the systems that connect community insights back into the content strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in video content production, content operations, creator partnerships, digital media production, franchise development, or a related field • Experience producing or managing creator-led, YouTube-native, or digitally native content from concept through publication • Strong understanding of production management, including timelines, workflows, stakeholder coordination, and content delivery • Experience working across multiple creative disciplines, including video, animation, creators, and external production partners • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to evaluate content against creative objectives, brand standards, and audience expectations • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with evolving priorities
