📋 Description

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans • Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with plan sponsors, other customers, and internal functional teams, including money in, money out, and technical services • Participate in relationship management efforts with plan sponsors and customers • Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to help ensure plan alignment • Contribute to product development and process improvement efforts • Resolve complex customer service and communication issues • Identify and support plan retention opportunities involving sponsors, distribution partners, and TPAs • Support plan management 800-number calls as assigned • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 3+ years of financial services industry experience • Customer service experience and skills • Omni experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred)
