📋 Description

• Run multiple client content projects in parallel, from collecting and organizing data files to building projects and creating visualization materials in VRIFY Present • Assign and prioritize work with internal teams • Guide clients on what data to show and how to structure their story for investors throughout the client lifecycle • Set project timelines in project management software and keep clients and Customer Success Managers updated on status • Lead content review sessions with clients, document feedback, and ensure it is actioned • Make timely decisions on issues and escalate when needed • Work with Customer Success Managers on each client's long-term success • Build expert knowledge of VRIFY's products and mining-industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years delivering software projects for clients, ideally in mining technology • Experience in mineral exploration, mining, geology, 3D modelling, or GIS • Project management experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Confidence leading live client sessions over Zoom or Google Meet • Clear written and verbal communication with technical specialists and executives • Strong client relationship-building skills • Ability to learn new tools and domains quickly and find creative solutions • Professional references and completion of a background check required • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, GIS, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in geology, mineral exploration, or mining • Nice to have: Experience in a fast-moving startup • Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Nice to have: Strong eye for design • Nice to have: Fluency in Spanish • Nice to have: Experience with WordPress, QGIS, Apple SceneKit, mining software, or 3D modelling tools
