📋 Description
• Lead the development and execution of VSolvit’s Alliant 3 task order strategy • Build and manage the Alliant 3 task order pipeline • Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with VSolvit’s capabilities • Establish a repeatable capture and opportunity review process • Analyze upcoming Alliant 2/3 task orders and recompetes • Develop Navy-focused opportunities and capture strategies • Coordinate with Business Development, Capture, and technical leadership • Deliver measurable milestones throughout the initial 90-day program

• Strong experience with Alliant 2/3 • Experience in federal IT business development • Experience in pipeline development • Experience in capture management • Ability to independently build and own a program in a fast-paced environment
