📋 Description

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand and upsell products and services to existing clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to understand their needs and identify potential areas for growth. • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of additional Vyne Dental solutions. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve expansion and upsell targets. • Collaborate with the customer success and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of new products and services. • Analyze client usage and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients. • Monitor and report on account performance metrics to senior management. • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients. • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management, expansion, or upselling. • Office Manager or Dental Tech experience is a plus. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite. • Knowledge of the dental industry and revenue cycle management is preferred. • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
