📋 Description

• Lead Qualification: Process and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet sales-readiness criteria. • Demo Scheduling & Product Pitching: Engage with potential customers, schedule demos, and deliver compelling product presentations. • Closing Deals: Assist in converting qualified leads into paying customers by handling objections and guiding them toward purchase. • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records, tracking lead progression and ensuring high conversion rates. • Engagement & Follow-ups: Communicate with leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone to nurture interest and drive sales. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead handovers and conversion strategies. • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in SaaS sales with a track record of meeting targets; experience in chatbots is required. • Skills: Strong SaaS sales techniques, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Bot Builders and WhatsApp; ability to learn and demonstrate new technologies. • Attributes: Motivated, results-driven, and capable of both independent and team work with a customer-focused mindset. • Market Understanding: Strong knowledge of the Indian SMB SaaS landscape and sales dynamics.
