📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of mobile applications using React Native and related technologies • Own end-to-end mobile feature development from architecture and performance tuning through deployment • Develop and deploy new features across iOS and Android • Ensure code quality, maintainability, performance, and comprehensive test coverage • Set up, manage, and optimize mobile CI/CD pipelines • Manage automated build and release pipelines, OTA updates, and app submissions to the iOS App Store and Google Play • Implement monitoring and crash analytics • Tune performance and respond rapidly to incidents to maintain app reliability • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams • Mentor mid-level and junior developers in React Native, performance optimization, deployment workflows, and AI-assisted development • Influence mobile architecture decisions involving state management, navigation, and performance patterns • Evaluate mobile libraries, AI-driven tools, and techniques • Improve CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-assisted code-generation workflows • Report directly to the Engineering Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development • Strong track record of delivering production-grade mobile apps • Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills • Skilled in React Native • Experience building performant cross-platform apps for iOS and Android • Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful and GraphQL APIs • Strong understanding of iOS and Android app store deployment processes • Experience with AI tools and productivity optimization is a bonus • Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation or automated UI testing is a bonus • Experience mentoring or coaching developers is a bonus • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders is a bonus
