• Previous SMB sales experience, ideally within payroll software or SaaS. • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • An ability to sell on value vs features and functions • Experience thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment. • A deep sense of curiosity and desire to grow • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage opportunities and communications. • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
