📋 Description
• Assist with preparation of tax plans for business owners • Review and analyze tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120S, etc.) to identify planning opportunities • Support quarterly planning reviews and implementation steps • Conduct tax research and summarize findings for the advisory team • Prepare client-facing summaries, action items, and follow-up documentation • Coordinate with tax preparation/accounting team to support plan execution • Maintain organized client files and workflow tracking in our systems
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of tax preparation experience • Strong understanding of individual and business tax returns • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Interest in learning proactive tax planning (beyond compliance)
