• SIP / VoIP signaling • RTP media flows • Distributed backend systems • Event-driven architectures • Low-level networking and performance-sensitive components • AI-augmented engineering workflows • Contribute across layers — from protocol handling to API orchestration
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of professional experience (6–10 considered for exceptional system-level profiles) • Strong system thinking is required • Experience in distributed or real-time systems • Comfort near infrastructure layers • Autonomous, high-ownership mindset • Product awareness • Telecom experience is a plus • Engineering school background
