📋 Description

• Process client and employer financial support claims, ensuring contractual and legislative requirements are met • Ensure quality assurance for claims and invoices processed by Service Provider staff • Answer staff inquiries regarding claims and administrative questions • Communicate issues regarding ineligible claims in line with processes • Provide staff support and guidance regarding claims processing and contractual and guideline requirements • Monitor emerging trends in claims assessment and flag them to the Claims Manager • Adapt activities based on changing requirements and business needs • Handle discrepancies appropriately and escalate issues when necessary • Refer staff to appropriate team members or internal partners • Identify and manage risks and escalate non-standard, high-risk transactions or activities • Develop a strong understanding of WCG’s contracts, guidelines, policies, and processes • Undertake standard and ad hoc data entry tasks • Use WCG’s Case Management System and other systems and databases effectively • Work closely with the Claims Manager and Financial Quality and Support Specialist to ensure accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and continuous quality improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong auditing background • Data entry experience • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role working in a service-oriented organization • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to adapt to change • Ability to work in a highly confidential environment • Ability to maintain composure during difficult and high-pressure situations • Results-driven approach with creative problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing workloads • Bilingual English and French preferred • Knowledge of the Employment Services industry preferred
