📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the dental, veterinary, and medical markets. • Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to identify key decision-makers. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with major distributors. • Drive market expansion into complementary sectors beyond dental. • Forecast sales, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights on market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the dental industry or a closely related healthcare/distribution sector. • Established network of contacts within dental practices, distributors, or healthcare providers. • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Knowledge of clinic workflows, healthcare compliance standards, or equipment procurement processes is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel along the East Coast to support sales initiatives.

🏖️ Benefits

• Commission: 2–5%, uncapped, with potential for total compensation up to $250,000 for top performers. • Flexible geographic location along the East Coast. • Remote work possible, with travel to client sites, distributor locations, and trade shows as needed.
