📋 Description

• Own the Credit Card growth plan, model, projections, and prioritized roadmap • Build and maintain the acquisition engine across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels • Directly own channel execution where no channel owner exists • Develop and optimize sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions • Run a high-velocity experimentation program to improve performance • Analyze the acquisition and application funnel and identify conversion opportunities • Partner with Product to prioritize high-impact product-led growth initiatives • Track progress toward Credit Card new-client targets and close performance gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of building 0→1 growth playbooks, owning ambitious targets, and exceeding them • Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible growth, not just develop strategy or manage programs • Highly analytical, hands-on approach to growth, experimentation, forecasting, and execution • Relentless, channel-agnostic mindset; willingness to use or build any effective channel • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to drive results through Product and channel teams without directly owning them • Experience in credit card growth (nice to have) • Experience building or optimizing incentive offer programs (nice to have) • Experience with credit card affiliate programs (nice to have) • Comfortable using SQL to analyze performance and uncover growth opportunities (nice to have) • Legally eligible to work in Canada
