📋 Description

• Answer inbound phone calls for clients’ healthcare members • Answer questions related to healthcare benefits • Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally • Gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers about products and services • Resolve customer issues through one-call resolution guidelines or escalation processes • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics • Balance company policy and client benefit in decision-making • Identify process improvement opportunities that positively impact clients and customers • Complete call disposition and document customer information as required • Adapt to changes in the business environment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check • Healthcare background experience is a plus • Comfortable with medical terminology • Dedicated work area free from distractions and background noises • Wired Ethernet connection with 50 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speeds; wireless access is not permitted • Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, cable, or fiber optic • Satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are not permitted • Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously • Dependability and ability to meet attendance requirements • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities • Ability to identify customer needs and articulate products and services • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction • Ability to work as a team player • Two 21” monitors required; candidate supplies one and Everise provides one • Headset required; candidate must purchase it
