📋 Description

• Edit high-quality short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok • Produce high-volume video content for a fast-moving posting schedule without sacrificing quality • Turn around typical short-form videos in roughly 45 minutes to 1.5 hours once footage is organized • Add captions, transitions, overlays, sound effects, and branded elements • Repurpose long-form and influencer/UGC footage into platform-tailored clips • Track and apply current video trends, formats, and editing styles • Create click-worthy thumbnails and cover frames • Add basic text animations and motion effects • Support the design team with quick visuals when needed • Brainstorm concepts, storytelling approaches, and innovative editing techniques • Collaborate with the creative team on campaign goals and audience preferences • Participate in social media brainstorming sessions • Research Instagram pages and influencers in target cities and flag partnership or viral opportunities • Maintain a shared list of influencer leads and content sources • Organize video, audio, and project files in Google Drive • Tag and categorize content to maintain efficient workflows • Prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and communicate progress • Align work with the weekly production schedule and posting cadence • Use ChatGPT for hooks, captions, and creative prompts • Experiment with AI tools such as Google Veo 3 and suggest workflow efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven video editing experience with strong hands-on skills in Adobe Premiere Pro • Strong storytelling instincts, including pacing, composition, and attention to detail • Ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling videos • Up to date on social media video trends, formats, and editing styles • Comfortable producing roughly 5–8 finished short-form videos per day once raw footage is organized • Fast, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement • Strong communication and organizational skills; receptive to feedback • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Stable internet connection and familiarity with Google Drive • Nice to have: After Effects and motion graphics experience • Nice to have: Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva experience • Nice to have: Experience adapting captions, layouts, and messaging for Spanish-language content • Nice to have: Experience with ChatGPT, Google Veo 3, MidJourney, or similar AI creative software • Nice to have: Slack and G-Suite familiarity • Able to work full-time during 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST • Professional setup with business-casual attire for meetings, clean background, good camera, good microphone, and strong Wi-Fi
