🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, or similar roles. • Strong verbal communication skills; confident while making high-volume cold calls. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask. • Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and candidate tracking tools. • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
