• Own the service experience of clients by coordinating with the Client Services Team and other partners to resolve issues promptly and accurately. • Manage overall client relationships, including implementation support, relationship building, contract monitoring, renewals, and client communications. • Develop and maintain interdepartmental relationships with finance, IT, legal, sales, clinical, and other departments to understand client needs. • Support client goals through knowledge of their industry, business needs, and company programs. • Provide scheduled utilization and service reviews using plan management and reporting tools. • Educate clients on industry topics, product developments, and the competitive landscape; provide collateral and relationship support. • Provide guidance to other Client Services staff regarding the PBM program. • Participate in or support new business and finalist presentations. • Track and analyze KPIs to assess PBM service effectiveness and identify improvement areas; report and present findings to clients. • Resolve client concerns by coordinating with internal teams such as Clinical or Member Services. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field desired; proven industry experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree. • Minimum 2 years of account management experience required. • Minimum 2 years of PBM industry experience required. • Ongoing learning in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare and PBM products, pricing components, and company capabilities and limitations. • Professional communication skills, including speaking in front of groups. • Ability to prepare for, lead, and direct internal and external meetings, including follow-up and meeting minutes. • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and documentation skills. • Ability to use logical methods to solve problems and meet or exceed customer expectations. • Advanced attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline-management abilities. • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize information clearly and concisely. • Analytical skills related to financial figures, medication utilization, and basic pharmacology. • Proficiency with desktop computer applications in the MS Office Suite. • Knowledge and use of multiple proprietary and industry software systems and functions. • Ability to work independently and support, contribute to, and lead teams. • Ability to direct and delegate to support staff as needed. • Ability to stand for long periods at trade shows and benefit fairs when required. • Ability to work additional coverage times outside regularly scheduled hours when required. • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, WellDyne’s Code of Conduct, Business Ethics Policies and Procedures, and other applicable policies.
