• Build and manage partnerships with immigrant-led organizations • Develop and maintain relationships based on trust • Lead capacity-sharing and convening activities • Design modular learning offerings • Measure partner readiness and improve frameworks • Manage staff and align work across teams
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Justice & Community Engagement, or equivalent • 8+ years of experience in community partnerships • Leadership experience in project management • Strong communication skills • Experience in planning and delivering convenings • High-level knowledge of adult-learning theories
