📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA implementations (Public/Private Cloud or On-Premise). • Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, define solution boundaries, and ensure adoption of best practices. • Develop solution architecture documents, integration blueprints, and data migration strategies. • Collaborate with customers to translate business pain points into digital core roadmaps. • Support pre-sales activities—solutioning, proposal writing, RFP response, and client presentations. • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads to ensure solution consistency and quality. • Mentor consulting teams and build internal competencies around SAP S/4HANA. • Ensure alignment with SAP roadmap (RISE/Grow with SAP, BTP, AI & Automation trends). • Govern solution integrity across project lifecycle—design to go-live.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of total SAP experience; at least 3-5 years as Solution Architect on SAP S/4HANA • Strong functional expertise in atleast one Logistics Processes (Order to Cash, Plan to Fulfil, Order to Cash ) with cross Module integration expertise specially finance • Deep understanding of integrations (CPI, BTP, Ariba, Supply Chain Execution (TM/EWM), IBP, SAC). • Experience in delivering Projects using Activate Methodology • Experience in fit-to-standard cloud projects or rapid deployment templates for mid-market clients. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to engage with CXO-level stakeholders. • Proven experience balancing design quality, project practicality, and business outcomes. • Exposure to pre-sales and proposal solutioning. • Strong understanding of India localization and regional deployment complexities. • SAP S/4HANA certification preferred; knowledge of BTP / RISE architecture is a plus.
