• Serve as the primary analytics partner to HR and business leaders • Provide insights and recommendations that inform decisions on talent strategy, workforce planning, retention, and employee experience • Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses on workforce metrics • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights with strong storytelling and visualization • Use statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend forecasting to identify workforce risks and opportunities • Guide stakeholders in building a data-driven culture within HR and across the business
• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related fields • Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Workday People Analytics, Visier) • Advanced Excel, SQL, or Python/R for data analysis preferred • Understanding of HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and data structures • Exceptional ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and storytelling skills
