📋 Description

• Conduct in-person visits with agents in Québec City and the Maritime provinces of eastern Canada • Drive business growth by recruiting, training, and deploying new offerings with existing sales agents • Manage relationships within the existing network, emphasizing commercial and operational support • Perform field sales activities to meet and exceed transaction and revenue growth targets • Manage special projects within set deadlines, including flash sales campaigns and organizing customer loyalty events

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience • University degree or equivalent skills required • Bilingual in English and French required • Proficiency in English required • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and maintaining strong business relationships • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
