📋 Description

• Manage multiple procurement programs and develop project procurement implementation plans • Lead procurement activities for assigned programs through pre-pilot, pilot, and execution readiness • Partner with commodity teams on project charters, benefits, and resource requirements • Monitor active projects, update status, eliminate roadblocks, and escalate issues • Develop procurement strategies and plans with Offer and Project Teams • Identify demand and potential suppliers and establish supplier communication channels • Establish pricing, delivery, terms, and conditions meeting financial, quality, and delivery requirements • Prepare and coordinate RFx processes and supplier sourcing strategies • Prepare NDAs and define commercial conditions • Solicit quotations, analyze contract proposals, and lead pricing and contract-term negotiations • Evaluate commodity-group costs and develop cost/value improvement strategies • Develop supplier and partner relationships and resolve contract performance issues • Use the corporate Approved Supplier List Process • Assess supplier financial stability, capacity, capability, manufacturing processes, market position, and performance • Lead contract preparation and purchasing processes • Manage supplier commitments, changes, contract management, entitlement and cost basis analysis, agreements, and SAP updates after purchase order or contract award • Support Accounts Payable in resolving invoice and purchase-order discrepancies • Support vendor down-selects and vendor scoring • Utilize Best-Cost Country Sourcing, emphasizing Middle/Eastern Europe • Monitor post-purchase-order milestones including design completion, fabrication start, Factory Acceptance Testing, and shipment release

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of procurement management experience • Construction project and capital equipment procurement experience preferred • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse's Procurement procedures • Applicants must meet applicable United States and comparable country export control requirements where relevant
