📋 Description

• Plan and book travel, hotel, transportation, site safety specifics, drug and background clearances • Support Project Managers and Site Managers • Reconcile the Corporate Travel Account • Coordinate mobilization efforts for four active field projects and prepare 200+ personnel for project start dates and staggered arrivals • Manage workforce mobilization logistics across multiple job sites • Organize rental vehicle assignments around employee drug testing schedules • Rebook flights and adjust rental car, hotel, onboarding, and badging schedules during travel disruptions • Administer random drug testing operations for day and night shifts, including 24-hour turnaround requirements • Reconcile CTA card transactions and categorize line items by job activity and location • Coordinate rental vehicle swaps and contract extensions, including weekends • Process rental vehicle damage reports and arrange towing or replacements • Maintain DISA rosters and deactivate personnel in DISA and OSCA systems upon job completion • Track rental vehicle mileage across multiple job sites • Manage hotel accommodations, check-ins, and weekly invoice reconciliation • Reconcile company P-card transactions with safety council invoices • Coordinate rapid redeployment of personnel between projects • Maintain workforce rosters and submit mobilization/demobilization data for payroll processing and billing • Conduct weekly reconciliation of hotel folios

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associates degree preferred • 5+ years' experience in travel, site safety onboarding • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States • Periodic travel to the Lawrenceville, GA office 1–2 times per year
