📋 Description

• Work with clients to uncover insurance needs, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations based on coverage and underwriting principles • Provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships by actively listening to queries and concerns • Develop new business through cross-selling, upselling, referrals, and securing ex-dates • Review renewals on a timely basis while maintaining strong retention levels • Process policy changes and endorsements accurately through company portals • Support clients through the claims process while communicating accurate information to claims teams • Collaborate with the team to reach organizational goals • Promote and educate clients on insurance products • Manage complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years RIBO license • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting principles • Effective team collaborator who supports peers and contributes to team success • Ability to build authentic client relationships • Strong time management and ability to prioritize workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion • Self-starter mentality with ability to meet production targets while working independently • Experience using insurer portals and related systems • At least 3 years of industry experience • Willingness to work in the Eastern Time Zone • Applicants from other provinces must have a valid RIBO license
