• Deliver prompt, courteous support to customers and internal partners. • Assist guests experiencing issues at fueling sites and answer operational questions. • Promote company image standards by ensuring sites are clean, safe, and well‑maintained. • Clean fueling sites, including trash disposal, sweeping fuel lanes, restocking supplies, and replacing light bulbs. • Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal from fuel lanes and walkways. • Provide onsite support for fueling equipment and related software systems. • Troubleshoot and repair card readers, dispensers, site controllers, and other station equipment. • Support inspections and compliance testing at company facilities. • Respond to on‑call situations and emergency issues, troubleshooting through resolution.
• High school diploma or GED required. • 1–3 months of related experience preferred (maintenance, field service, facilities, or similar). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications/email required. • Experience with Salesforce or Smartsheet is a plus.
