📋 Description

• Lead change management on large transformation programs • Work directly with project and program teams to identify and address people impacts of change • Identify who is affected by change, how they are affected, and what they need for go-live readiness • Partner with senior sponsors on effective sponsorship activities • Develop practical change plans that adapt to evolving needs and circumstances • Adapt approaches as business priorities, stakeholder needs, and program requirements evolve • Assess adoption of new ways of working beyond training completion metrics • Use qualitative and quantitative measures to demonstrate adoption, progress, impact, and value • Communicate complex change clearly and succinctly to different audiences • Work with leaders, managers, and end users to deliver timely and effective communications • Use AI tools appropriately to support change management activities

🎯 Requirements

• Around seven years of change management experience (the posting also states around ten years) • Experience leading change management on programs affecting a large number of global stakeholders • Track record of delivering clear, measurable change outcomes • Ability to describe specific situations, actions taken, and outcomes achieved • Experience measuring change adoption beyond training completion • Comfortable using AI in day-to-day change management practice • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable writing for audiences ranging from end users to executive sponsors • Experience working closely with senior sponsors • Prosci, APMG, or equivalent change management certification preferred • Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred • Experience working alongside Program and Project Management, Learning, Operational Excellence, and Portfolio Management Office functions preferred
