• Identify and recruit micro and nano influencers aligned with Wing’s employer brand, tone, and candidate demographics. • Manage the end-to-end creator partnership cycle — from outreach, negotiation, and onboarding to campaign delivery and performance reporting. • Develop and distribute creative briefs and content guidelines that ensure brand consistency and recruitment relevance. • Coordinate content deliverables and review materials for compliance, quality, and message accuracy. • Collaborate with Talent Marketing and Employer Branding teams to align creator campaigns with ongoing recruitment initiatives. • Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, and applicant quality) to measure ROI and optimize future collaborations. • Maintain an organized creator database, tracking contract terms, deliverables, and performance outcomes. • Negotiate fair compensation structures and partnership terms based on reach, niche relevance, and campaign objectives. • Stay current on influencer marketing trends and emerging creators across relevant talent markets.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or talent partnerships, preferably within recruitment or brand marketing. • Strong understanding of short-form video content ecosystems (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts). • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Experience drafting partnership briefs, contracts, and content review feedback. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously. • Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing engagement metrics and campaign ROI. • Preferred Skills • Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or HR tech. • Familiarity with influencer discovery tools and analytics platforms (Collabstr, Modash, Grin, etc.). • Knowledge of performance-based influencer compensation models. • Creative eye for storytelling, audience targeting, and campaign alignment.
