📋 Description

• Lead and scale insurance revenue cycle operations across all markets • Lead insurance verification, claims, and credentialing • Own end-to-end revenue cycle activities, including verification, coding support, claim submission, payment posting, accounts receivable and denial management, and patient collections • Own and report KPIs including net collection rate, days in AR, denial and rejection rates, clean-claim rate, and aging • Document and standardize workflows, build training systems, and create SOPs • Manage and develop in-house verification and claims staff • Build team structure and capacity for organizational growth • Manage outsourced billing partners, including performance, SLAs, output audits, and the in-house audit function • Establish revenue cycle operations for new markets • Report regularly to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in dental or healthcare revenue cycle management, with a track record of owning the full cycle (not just billing or just verifications) • Proven success stabilizing, building, or scaling RCM operations, ideally across multiple locations in a DSO, MSO, or multi-site group • Strong command of dental and medical insurance: PPO, HMO, and Medicaid verification and claims; coding; denials and appeals • Experience documenting workflows, creating training, and putting metrics and accountability in place • Experience managing and developing distributed/remote teams • Comfortable owning KPIs and using them to drive improvement • Ability and desire to safely and effectively deploy AI solutions to RCM
