• Engage with buyers to understand their property preferences and offer tailored property solutions. • Clearly communicate the benefits of properties, highlighting key features and value propositions. • Manage warm leads from various campaigns, ensuring prompt follow-up and engagement. • Use CRM tools to track buyer interactions and maintain accurate records of the sales process. • Support buyers through every stage of the purchasing process, from inquiry to closing. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and effective deal closure.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. • Experience in working with buyers or in a similar sales-oriented role. • Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
