📋 Description

• Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities • Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape • Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all towers—even when not explicitly requested • Facilitate client workshops, highlighting the importance of world-class experiences in every solution • Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks, advocating through to final contracting

🎯 Requirements

• A strong track record of closing large, complex deals in agency or consulting environments • Experience working across service lines in hybrid or matrixed organizations • Fluency in experience design principles and customer journey thinking • Sharp negotiation and presentation skills that get noticed • A strategic mindset with storytelling chops that elevate the pitch • A firm understanding (a PHD preferred) in the Infosys DPS • A keen ability to bridge the gap between subsidiary and parent company and drive synergy for WongDoody
