• Netsmartz is a global IT services provider delivering software development, cloud services and digital transformation • Conduct research to identify potential customers and target accounts within the North American software services market • Outbound outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking • Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead generation activities (Dynamics CRM knowledge a plus) • Work closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging • Persistently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance the pipeline • Provide regular reports on activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred • Experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in software services or technology • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and target-driven mindset • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn software services and solutions • Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools (Dynamics CRM a plus) • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
