📋 Description

• Provide group-based intervention and case management to members with Substance Use Disorders • Facilitate psychoeducational, skills-development, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal process, and support-based groups • Co-facilitate multidisciplinary groups and shared follow-up appointments • Manage crisis intervention remotely • Prepare documentation in accordance with organizational and state standards • Participate in meetings, supervision, and clinical audits • Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part II standards • Manage member communication through chat, email, and phone • Respond to member chats and messages • Provide Behavioral Health support groups and documentation • Provide individualized resources • Complete referral, resource, and discharge tasks • Resolve member inquiries and support service-level metrics • Work autonomously while adhering to schedules and priorities • Accommodate evening groups at least twice weekly and weekend groups up to twice monthly

🎯 Requirements

• Peer Recovery Support Certification REQUIRED • Must have experience facilitating support groups • At least 1 year of peer recovery experience • Preferred experience in customer service settings • Experience with Electronic Medical Records, HIPAA and 42 CFR part II • Familiarity with addiction recovery • Case management experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Outstanding organizational skills • Must disclose if you currently run a private practice or start one during employment; outside private practice work requires written permission from Supervisor • Comfortable treating adults and adolescents • Able to work a flexed schedule accommodating evening and weekend groups
