📋 Description

• Assess whether programs are structured to succeed, beyond schedule tracking • Identify unasked questions, unreported updates, unnamed risks, and deferred decisions • Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, and UX as conditions change • Engage in technical conversations involving architecture decisions, dependency risk, and sequencing implications • Identify blockers and remove them through facilitation, coordination, or escalation • Synthesize cross-functional risks and route them to the appropriate owner • Surface structural program risks directly to relevant stakeholders • Identify recurring friction patterns and improve planning, coordination, and execution • Prepare the organization for ownership transitions • Use AI tools to synthesize information, accelerate communication, and improve shared context • Track how AI-augmented development changes delivery patterns and contribute to the TPMO's AI operating model • Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, CPX, Solution Consultants, and go-to-market teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical program or project management experience within a software engineering environment • Bachelor's degree in a technical/STEM field or equivalent professional experience • Demonstrated experience operating across Engineering, Product, and UX in a multi-team software organization • Active use of AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or LLM-based workflows • Ability to engage credibly in technical conversations, including architecture, dependencies, and sequencing risk • Experience facilitating trade-off decisions and briefing at the director and VP level • Track record of identifying organizational root causes and driving durable solutions • Strong written communication and ability to synthesize fragmented information into shared understanding • Experience applying and adapting delivery frameworks • Understanding of AI-augmented development in engineering planning and execution • Experience in GRC, compliance, financial reporting, or regulated-industry software • Comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments • Willingness to travel up to 10% for key team and corporate events • Reliable internet access for remote and flexible work arrangements
