📋 Description

• Support the implementation and functional validation of a Digital Referrals & Orders (DRO) program • Work closely with Clinical Informatics Specialists, subject matter experts, technical teams, health authorities, and vendors • Analyze clinical/business and technical requirements • Develop, update and execute test cases and test scenarios • Perform functional, integration, regression and smoke testing • Support end-to-end clinical and functional product validation • Identify, document, track and retest bugs and defects • Work with SMEs to determine the severity and impact of defects • Maintain testing and project documentation in JIRA, Confluence and MS Teams • Work with Clinical Informatics Specialists to translate requirements and user stories into test cases • Support automation testing activities • Assist with healthcare workflow reviews and needs assessments • Support current-state and future-state workflow mapping and gap analysis • Identify and help mitigate clinical risks related to system design, build, launch and ongoing operations

• Strong experience working with healthcare systems • Experience with clinical workflows • Experience with software testing • Ability to analyze clinical/business and technical requirements • Ability to develop, update and execute test cases and test scenarios • Experience performing functional, integration, regression and smoke testing • Ability to support end-to-end clinical and functional product validation • Ability to identify, document, track and retest bugs and defects • Ability to work with SMEs to determine defect severity and impact • Experience maintaining testing and project documentation in JIRA, Confluence and MS Teams • Ability to translate requirements and user stories into test cases • Ability to support automation testing activities • Experience with healthcare workflow reviews and needs assessments • Ability to support current-state and future-state workflow mapping and gap analysis • Ability to identify and help mitigate clinical risks related to system design, build, launch and ongoing operations
