📋 Description

• Support a province-wide Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation program • Standardize oncology clinical practices • Implement clinical workflows, order sets, documentation templates, and procedures within an integrated clinical information system • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, healthcare professionals, clinical subject matter experts, and project teams • Gather and define business and system requirements • Conduct gap analysis, use case analysis, and business process analysis • Facilitate clinical workshops and stakeholder engagement • Develop detailed design and business analysis documentation • Review existing requirements and identify process improvement opportunities • Build, validate, and test clinical content within the CIS • Maintain workflows and solution documentation • Develop user guides and training materials • Support implementation and deployment activities • Ensure alignment between clinical and IT requirements • Support knowledge transfer and mentor program personnel to promote sustainable clinical standards and solution adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical business analysis / clinical informatics experience • Oncology clinical workflows and healthcare operations knowledge • Experience with acute-care EHR/CIS systems • Healthcare information systems implementation experience • Oncology requirements gathering and analysis • Business process analysis and gap analysis • Use case analysis and detailed design • Clinical documentation and standardized order sets • Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) • Clinical workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement • Business and system requirements documentation • User stories and use case development • Clinical content build, validation, and testing • Public healthcare authority experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) • Atlassian Jira proficiency • Strong written and verbal communication in English • French preferred • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate cross-functionally • Knowledge transfer, user guides, and training documentation experience
