📋 Description

• Manage information technology projects supporting healthcare delivery transformation • Improve and enable healthcare delivery through information and communication technology • Provide efficient and effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector • Report project progress to the project steering committee • Ensure safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment • Coordinate internal delivery staff, vendor partners, and customer stakeholders to deliver project outcomes • Support digital business transformation projects in healthcare environments • Implement or migrate organizations to Microsoft M365 and Exchange Online • Coordinate implementation with clinical, business, and management resources • Ensure staff are adequately prepared for new solutions • Test or coordinate testing of M365 products and services, including Exchange Online transitions from on-premise mail services • Deliver organizational change management strategies and plans using a structured methodology such as Prosci

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; proof must be provided • Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification; proof must be provided • Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification; proof requested • 10 years’ experience managing information technology projects in a healthcare environment • Experience reporting progress to a project steering committee • Experience ensuring safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment • 7 years’ experience coordinating internal delivery staff, vendor partners, and customer stakeholders on digital business transformation projects in healthcare • 5 years’ experience implementing or migrating organizations to Microsoft M365 and Exchange Online in a large acute care or public sector environment • Experience coordinating implementation with clinical, business, and management resources • Experience ensuring staff are adequately prepared for new solutions • 5 years’ experience directly testing or coordinating testing of M365 products and services, including Microsoft Exchange Online transition from on-premise mail services • At least one M365 testing example must be in a healthcare setting • 5 years’ experience using a structured methodology such as Prosci to deliver organizational change management strategies and plans • Responses must include specified project/work examples with titles, durations, and detailed work performed
