📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and provincial delivery of key work streams within the B.C. Digital Referrals & Orders program • Develop, maintain, and track project plans covering schedules, scope, dependencies, and resources according to PHSA PMO standards • Prepare program status dashboards and track budgeted, planned, and spent financials • Manage risks and issues and present updates to the Project Director and Program Steering Committees • Partner with Clinical Leads to identify change management needs, workflow impacts, and organizational readiness requirements • Enforce scope change controls and monitor delivery team task execution • Coordinate acceptance sign-offs from sponsors and leadership • Manage cross-stream technical and workflow dependencies • Oversee testing and guide deliverables through formal Production Turnover into operations • Chair project team meetings and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops • Document decision points and align external vendors and partner health authorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 5 years of recent, direct project management experience leading complex multi-stakeholder IT/health transformation initiatives • Hands-on experience managing concurrent projects using both Agile and Waterfall frameworks • Strong working knowledge of health IT integrations, including EMRs, CISs, HIEs, CDS, and provincial data assets and registries such as EMPI and PLR • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for clinical and executive audiences • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and MS Office Suite • Direct project experience within the British Columbia Health Sector preferred • Active PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred • Experience in large-scale provincial clinical digital transformations or population/public health systems preferred
