• Extensive hands-on experience with IBM Storage Protect (IBM Spectrum Protect/TSM) • IBM Storage Defender Data Protect • Commvault • Rubrik • Strong understanding of enterprise storage technologies • Backup architecture, ransomware protection • Business continuity, disaster recovery planning • Managing enterprise backup operations • Scripting & Automation (PowerShell or Python) • Strong Documentation & Technical Leadership
