📋 Description

• Provide reliable, people-focused support to the entire Workleap team • Analyze and resolve first- and second-line technical issues • Manage access and SaaS tools for onboarding new employees and securing access • Maintain the IT asset fleet, including refreshes, deployments, and inventory • Document and organize the team’s knowledge • Integrate AI, Claude, and Slack automations into daily activities • Collaborate on incidents and ad hoc projects • Propose and implement process and tool improvements • Participate in the deployment of OneLogin and the automation of request coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written • Strong experience providing first- and second-line IT support • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments • Experience managing access and SaaS tools, including SSO, MDM, and ticketing systems • Knowledge of IT asset management for Windows and macOS • Ability to document, organize, and automate repetitive tasks • Comfortable using AI in day-to-day work, including Claude, assistants, and automations • An asset: experience with Jamf, Jira / Jira Assets, or Slack; knowledge of scripting with PowerShell or Python; or experience with no-code automation
