📋 Description

• Lead conference event registration, including policies, procedures, rates, reporting, revenue projections, promotions, materials, staffing, and onsite logistics • Analyze registration data and trends to inform event business decisions • Oversee event registration systems, integrations, promo codes, and Salesforce event products • Lead accessibility and accommodations services, including ASL and CART interpreters, translation, mobility assistance, reserved seating, and other attendee needs • Manage event technology integrations, project timelines, product delivery, digital event platforms, Call for Speakers, and conference apps • Test projects for user experience and clarity • Update event websites and facilitate speaker technology checks • Produce digital events and support speakers with technical requirements • Create event surveys with the Research team • Configure and troubleshoot webinar and virtual-event platforms • Support food and beverage, transportation, freight management, budget management, session logistics, and volunteer programs • Coordinate webinars and digital events, including scheduling, content, technology, logistics, technical setup, presenter and attendee support, live Q&A, and discussions • Supervise one Specialist, Digital Events position • Provide outstanding internal and external customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • Three years managing a team with responsibility for business results • Five plus years of experience in events, marketing, or digital production • Advanced knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Proficiency with database management systems • Strong project-management and organizational skills • Experience with association management software is desired but not required • Experience/familiarity with Swoogo, SpotMe and Salesforce is a plus • Ability to travel up to 10% • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with individuals at all levels • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in writing • Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information • Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
