📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Database Programmers through performance management, training, and capability development • Coordinate project assignments, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of database programming activities • Oversee EDC development and database configuration activities across internal and third-party platforms • Review database build specifications, edit check specifications, validation plans, and reconciliation requirements to ensure quality and compliance • Partner with sponsors, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to resolve issues, implement system enhancements, and support electronic data transfers • Guide database testing, validation, maintenance, and deployment activities in accordance with departmental procedures and standards • Contribute to the development of database libraries, system documentation, procedures, and best practices • Drive process improvements, provide technical leadership for new solutions, and support ongoing monitoring of study and system metrics • Support quality assurance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives across Clinical Database Programming

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education and experience • Experience leading or managing clinical database programming activities within a clinical research environment • Strong knowledge of EDC systems, database configuration, validation, testing processes, and data management workflows • Ability to review technical specifications, validation documentation, and database-related deliverables with a high level of accuracy • Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach to identifying and resolving issues • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and integrity • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and customer-focused relationship-building skills • Proficiency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills
