📋 Description

• Provide medical oversight and serve as the assigned Medical Monitor for clinical research studies. • Lead global and pan-regional trials as a Global Lead Medical Monitor. • Review and support the medical management of serious adverse events with Medical & Safety teams. • Deliver protocol-specific and therapeutic area training to project teams. • Contribute clinical and scientific expertise to study protocols, clinical development programs, research publications, and medical deliverables. • Support sponsor engagement and business development activities, including feasibility assessments, proposal development, and client meetings. • Review and contribute to clinical study reports and key study documentation. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. • Mentor and support medical colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution of medical education. • At least 2 years of medical monitoring experience within clinical research or a related industry. • Strong knowledge of GCP, clinical development, safety processes, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Experience reviewing safety data and supporting serious adverse event assessment and management. • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills. • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. • Proficiency in English. • Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
