📋 Description

• Serve as a team lead for the Neurology Patient Access team • Ensure daily operations run smoothly • Assist staff with operational questions and escalated calls • Perform monthly QA by reviewing phone calls for staff • Cover other staff while out of the office • Participate in training new staff • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with staff • Lead team efforts on department-specific collections within a payor • Assist staff with resolving department-specific issues • Identify and resolve department and payor trends

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification • 2 years of experience in Insurance Or Collection • Skills: ICD 9 and CPT Coding, ICD-9-CM • No specific certification/professional license required for this position • Driver's license not required for this position
