• Identify and engage new regional adjusters and claims managers to generate project opportunities • Collaborate with Regional Managers (RMs), Managing Partners (MPs), and technical leads to map insurance industry networks • Work with consultants, engineers, and other team members to ensure effective execution of initial assignments • Facilitate communication between business development and operations to support client needs • Participate in regional planning with Marketing and cross-functional teams to prioritize target firms and contacts • Organize and attend local business development events and adjuster meetings • Engage with relevant trade associations and include technical leads in outreach efforts • Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and pipeline in CRM • Identify opportunities to expand Building Consulting (BC) and Engineering Services (ES) within existing client relationships • Perform additional duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a similar field or equivalent years of experience required • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management • Familiarity with property services, insurance claims, or consulting sectors • Proven ability to deliver high-impact, client-focused service through exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
