• Conduct prospecting and provide client service (employees seeking to assert their labor rights). • Lead negotiations and finalize labor claim agreements with a focus on claimants. • Use tools such as Atendaí, Astrea, and PJe to support activities. • Support attorneys and the sales team in closing contracts. • Maintain contact and follow up with leads
