• Yellowstone Local is a staffing and recruiting agency dedicated to supporting the skilled trades industry. We connect high-performing talent with growing home service companies across the U.S. Our clients—leaders in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, and beyond—depend on skilled professionals to help drive their business growth. • Position Overview: We’re on the hunt for a bold, results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s fluent in English and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • You’ll drive growth by qualifying leads and setting sales appointments with homeowners and business owners across the U.S. • Key responsibilities include outbound calls, texts, emails, CRM updates, lead qualification, inbound inquiries, objection handling, and collaboration with client teams to improve messaging. • Meet and exceed KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments; 100% remote setup; training and support; growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (remote experience a big plus) • Confident and clear phone presence—you're not afraid to pick up the phone and own the call • Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and other communication tools • Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable
