📋 Description

• Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that address customer needs and highlight the value of our solutions. • Educate evaluation teams on the product’s capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions. • Lead InfoSec and architectural discussions to address technical requirements and compliance needs. Able to understand the nuances of structured and unstructured data and use cases for Private RAG solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to craft accurate and persuasive responses to RFPs. • Facilitate workshops to identify customer challenges, propose solutions, and quantify business value. • Ensure smooth handoffs to post-sales Customer Success and Services teams for implementation and ongoing support. • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align product capabilities with customer expectations and market demands.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in cloud platforms, APIs, Generative AI, and workflow solutions. • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and how technology can drive efficiency and innovation. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with enterprise customers. • Experience in presales or solution engineering roles, with a track record of contributing to license deal wins. • Ability to identify customer pain points and articulate the value of tailored solutions.
